This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

Safe area friendly staff and very clean

Quiet hotel close to many things. Clean hotel, friendly service. I didn't have the complimentary breakfast but my husband said it was much better than other hotels we've been to. Would stay again.

I searched hotels for 3 days and read reviews after reviews finally coming to this hotel on expedia and the reviews were amazing the pictures were amazing so I canceled my other reservation that was closer to Worlds of Fun for this one 20min away... it was a very great decision!!! The entire property is very clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer safe long-term, gated parking ($7 per day I believe) with free airport shuttle in a brand new cargo van. It runs every 20 minutes starting at 3am until late evening. Our driver Lee was a sweet older gentleman. Will definitely stay here again.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect considering the place looked empty but it was wonderful! Best kept secret in the area for affordable luxury hotels.

We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.
