"Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Bar staff were not very organised"

"Room was clean, tidy, functional and had sufficient features. The balcony was a great addition. The view over the town was super. It overlooks the street so accept there will be town noise on a Friday./Saturday night. Does mean it is superbly situated for city exploits. Only negative was parking. It was a busy weekend and the assigned car-park had only once space."

"Lovely old property, lots of character and charm. Staff are friendly and welcoming, some I feel are under pressure from senior management, It feels like they are short staffed. Which adds pressure to the rest. But they cope with a smile. Be nice to see more staff which would definitely increase the customer experience and enjoyment.
