"Wouldn’t recommend at all, although it looked clean and well furnished on the photos, it wasn’t clean, towels were all wet, bath Matt was soaking and smelt stale, shower was broken as well as the shower screen, definitely wasn’t changed before we arrived. Door handles were hanging off the doors and cupboards, blinds were broken, window was smashed, garden was covered in rubbish. The location of the house was also awful, not a very nice area at all. "Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room i stayed was very nice and comfortable. I wish i could’ve stayed longer than a day, if i ever return to Manchester i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you very much"

"The Alan Hotel was a lovely place to stay while in Manchester. It is in a great central location, a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly, the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable-I slept like a log. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Manchester. "
