"New condition, coffee machine leaking could not use. floor didn't seem totally clean, but generally clean, nice bedsheets etc were clean. broken piece wood over laundry door area, facilities ok. Foxtel, Netflix but no free to air tv. Parking extra $15 but stacker which can break down, so did not risk. Street Parking is only 1 Hour limit, so had to take a risk over the weekend, which many people did, not good at all. Staff were nice. had to let us in by appointment."

"I like that this property provides a complete set of amenities in the apartment, with convenience to the shopping mall as well. The owner is very fast to respond when I have a question. I would recommend this place . However, the only thing which I think could make the experience even better is to have a solid curtain that can block out the view of people into the apartment. Currently, the curtain is quite translucent and as the property is on the ground floor and has a "porch/verandah"...
