The room was clean and tidy, the shower is outstanding good size and water pressure. Didn't notice the card on the sink about the other little odds and sods the hotel provided for free which was a nice touch. The bed was a good size (King) and the pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and hotel was close to petrol station and other 24hr fast food amenities. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Chefs make egg omelets to taste.

Lovely Hotel With Very Good Staff

We chose Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park as it was close to a hospital where I was undergoing a procedure. It turned out to be a very good choice as the staff were very helpful to my wife while I was in hospital.

This hotel is easily accessible via toll freeways in Melbourne. It is well finished, with courteous staff and great dining at Archie's restaurant. For the price we paid at the time (circa $220/night) for a twin bed room on a F1 weekend, it was fantastic value for money.

Had a lovely stay at Hyatt place. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and lounge bar. Menu was limited but food was nice. Only down side for us was connections to public transport into the city. Better located for guests with own travel arrangements.
