"Parking was convenient and free, which was a great bonus. While I’m not certain how secure the lot is, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on those amenities. However, the room itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it didn’t appear to have been properly vacuumed. The biggest downside was the bathroom, the shower pressure was very weak, and the bathtub drain was extremely slow, which made for an unpleasant experience standing in pooled water. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom maintenance."

"The room smells cigarette especially the pillows and bed, the staff are not accommodating! They were banging the food in the breakfast, no elevator and they put us on the end of the building, we have a kid and the smell of the room for my asthmatic kid is very bad. "

"Worst place I ever stayed. It took them 2 weeks to give my room deposit back on my credit card. And one on my bank card they still haven’t given me. The bathroom window didn’t close all the way and has no locking mechanism on it. I had ants all over my floor I was killing each day I was there. Absolute nightmare "
