A huge shoutout to Toni at check-in,she was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, Toni made us feel like VIPs from the start. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay started off on the right foot, answering our questions with a smile and giving us great tips about the resort and surrounding area. Her positive energy set the tone for the whole trip.Our kids had a blast, from splashing in the pool and playing on the beach to dancing to the live music in the evenings, there was never a dull moment. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s fun for both adults and kids, but Shephard’s nailed it.The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and the live music and poolside fun made every day feel like a party.
