"I wish you file a grievance with Thai booking. I booked a suite that according to pictures has a beach/ocean view. The entire purpose of our trip was to have a beach view for my daughter’s birthday. Instead our balcony faced a concrete wall!!! We weren’t there 15 minutes and checked out. Cost me double to get another hotel on the beach with an actual view. Very poor job in this Hotels.com / Expedia.l!!! The front desk clerk stated others had complained about the same thing in the past."

"The location was ideal. The bed was comfortable, and the lobby was beautiful. Staff members was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The pool furniture left a lot to be desired and the pool area was simply too small to accommodate the size of the hotel. The lights in the room were frustrating to figure out despite labels, which I’m sure were added to assist in the process. "

"Very nice, cozy vibe with this property. Staff is wonderful. Location is great. Bed is comfy. Roof top bar is great. If you want to park a car - valet parking is your only choice but it is quick & efficient. "

"Beds were uncomfortable. Shower was terrible. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay put water was everywhere. Not a hotel would visit again "

"Very nice amd clean hotel.. decorations were really neat but staff needs to be more attentive to guest and welcoming.. stayed at other places that were less expensive and staff took more time in welcoming and informing guest of amenities..kinda felt like we were an interruption to staffs day"

"We loved our stay! Our room was so clean and it smelled amazing. The staff were super helpful and kind. Our only complaint would be other guests late night being loud in front of our room because of the tables out-front however we would stay again. Thank you! "

"Bathroom in room was dirty. Took 3 times contacting front desk and manger to get cleaned.The third time i took pictures ro manager at front desk and had to show cleaner where to clean. Also had a outlet in room sparking and burned. Took 3x to get this fixed also. When cleaners cleaned riom did not restock coffee. The hotel said they would make it right with me but didnt see anything. Besides that the pool and beach was nice. Will never book this hotel again. "
