"Our room was filthy upon arrival. There was a sticky liquid all over the inside of the refrigerator and it stunk like fish. My husband had to clean the refrigerator himself so we could put our items in it. There was matted hair on the shower walls and the floor floors were dirty. The main pool was broken our entire stay. But the most frustrating thing was there is a bar connected to the hotel, which has live music until 1 AM every night, which you can hear booming throughout the property. We were up until at least 2 AM every single night because we couldn’t get to sleep with how loud the music was. The hotel is right on the beach though."

"While the facility itself is good, it is very highly priced and also comes with an added amenity fees. But the real problem for me was the way it was listed on Expedia. While I searched for Clearwater, this facility even though it is 45 minutes away (Treasure Island) is listed as Clearwater. For a tourist you don't know until you land. In this case I expect Expedia to take responsibility . While I am a long time user of Expedia this raises a serious question if I have still show loyalty in future."

"Room was clean and staff was very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and the cleaning staff did not come by once to restock towels. We had to request more towels one two occasions but staff brought them to us promptly. The bartenders at the pool bar weren’t very friendly but every other staff member was very kind and helpful. We didn’t know one of the pools was going to be closed during our stay but there seemed to be plenty of chairs at the other pool to still get a spot. We had a great stay and will likely stay here again. It is perfect walking distance to many restaurants and Publix."
