"Property was not clean upon arrival. Issue was not handled in a timely manner/at all. Things listed close by are not accurate at all. Dock is nice if other 3/4 rentals are not occupied. Would not stay again. "

"The property was clean and the room was very nice. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The only parking is valet only, which we were great with. The roof has a bar and amazing sunset views of the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The only problem we had was that our check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care. The valet staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly and quick."

"The staff was excellent and the room was adorable. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows! The chair and umbrella rental was easy and Gregory was friendly and efficient. We usually rent a beach house, but this experience was so pleasant, we will return."

"We only stayed one night, but wished it was longer! The beachfront views were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect setting to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the arrival process quick and easy. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The server was attentive and personable, and the menu offered a great variety of delicious options. One of the best amenities was the easy beach access. The hotel provided towels, and there were chairs and cabanas available to rent, making it easy to spend the day by the ocean in comfort. We would stay here again."
