"The staff was so helpful considering that it was my first time in the city. Ana who was at the reception attended to me and was so patient answering all my questions. She acted professionally and also in promoting IHG. Helped with adding my IHG points. She is an asset to the organisation. My room was so clean and very quiet. I understand the breakfast is free but can do with more options and fresh fruits. Overall a very good budget hotel and would make it my place of stay anytime I am on Bristol due to good customer service and nice environment."

"Stayed here for an overnight trip and it did exactly what I needed. Check‑in was quick and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Good shower, reliable Wi‑Fi, and handy tea/coffee facilities. The on‑site restaurant and bar are convenient if you don’t want to drive out for dinner."
