"When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. When we were going into the dining area we had to wait for staff to approach us to be given us a table there were 3 people at the bar who looks like arguing amongst themselves who is going to come and get us the table. Young lady only came over when she saw another family who was behind us she didn’t apologise for the wait but she did to the other family, the young people behind the bar were not that friendly but the guy who bought us the meal seemed to be a very nice guy he was friendly. Checking out was easy was met by a nice receptionist who greeted us. Overall was a nice hotel very comfortable bed."

"What stood out more than anything was the outstanding service and manner of all the staff. It was extremely noticeable and worthy of praise. My family and I were made to feel extremely welcome and that nothing was a problem. The unexpected treats and care for our welfare was impressive"
