"Just a suggestion, but let your customers know info about the options on a tv = what is and isn't available. May need to gets some electrical outlets more secure to the walls or covers on some. Some structural issues can't be solved and place rented but I am sure they are more cosmetic than anything"

"Love the location of this unit. It's walking distance to most of Helen, while backed up to the river and peaceful at the same time. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the bed/furnishings are comfortable. Susan was quick to communicate with if you ever need anything. We already booked another year!"

"Getting there and getting in went well. Entered house and walked to back to view patio area and one of the blind attachments fell on the floor before we got there. We laid it on the TV stand. Blind broken in bedroom at top of stairs. No washer/dryer that was mentioned in the details of the house. TV remote didn't have a volume control. No remote for TV in bedroom at top of stairs. Microwave door would not open. Could not get in touch with property manager, had no phone number and the internet...

"Rental is in great location. Many of the shops/restaurants we wanted to visit were an easy walk for us. The screen porch was a wonderful place to unwind at end of day."

"The property was very nice and clean! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Helen. Matter of fact, the town was so cute and peaceful that I am thinking of coming back in the fall. My only complaints are these was not clear information on how to access the Wi-fi. Also, I was not sure if the elevators worked due to the signage and were too dispose of trash."

"The condo is in a great location! It was so easy to walk to all of the nearby attractions. It was very clean at check-in. It was very cold during our stay and the heat seemed to struggle a bit. However, the fire place was great for both ambience and warmth. It might be helpful to have runners or rugs for the colder months. The property manager and local team were fantastic in their response when the cold temps caused issues with pipes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful and quiet. close to son and family and activities. just get the tv working in basement and both DVD players working and its over 100 %. We did enjoy very much the "Cabin" in the woods. Thank You. We loved to come back."
