The apartment is nicelly decorated and has a bedroom, a living room and an open kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people and has full equipment with Wifi, Nespresso machine and a balcony.

Ideal for a romantic weekend, a family break or regular visitors.

The apartment is decorated with care and it is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with open kitchen and a balcony and it can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people with a double bed.

It has all the necessary equipment including a Nespresso machine and Wifi. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small building on 3 levels.

Self check-in is proposed.

Ideally located, close to the center of Clermont, close to all shops.

Pets can accompany you for your stay as long as they are clean!

Appartement propre, sauf une partie de la vaisselleTrès trés bruyant : au sein de l'appartement, tout tremble dès qu'on marche, la ventilation dans la salle de bains est manuelle donc incontrôlable et il n'y a pas de porte entre la salle de bains et la chambre.Sans parler du manque d'isolation phonique entre les étages: on avait l'impression que le voisin du dessus vivait avec nous!!Pas de volets sur une des fenêtres des chambres : s'abstenir si on craint la lumière. Matelas moyennement confortable.Manque d'aménagements : pas de lumière d'appoint ni de lampe de chevet, seulement des plafonniers et pas de lumière dans l'espace cuisine.Bref on a très mal dormi et on a eu du mal à se dire que nous etions en vacances.
