Outdoor furniture is old/peeling/very weathered, the bedroom is extremely small with no room for luggage, furniture and bed is old and needs some updating, unit needs a good coat of paint and cleaning of cobwebs. Windows were very dirty. "

Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
