Great place and great staff

Perfect stay for a quick recovery from a long travel day. Clean with air conditioning they was sorely needed in a warm humid night.

The parking was behind a locked gate with a FOB for entry. The bed was on the soft side and the toilet lid would not stay up by itself. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The suite was very spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and so was the dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Every month I fly back home to nz to visit my ofaanga I usually stay here at proximity. Always a wonderful stay every time. Towels are huge so thats nice if your plus size lol.

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

This hotel was an absolute dream. It was a perfect combination of luxury and peace. I will absolutely be returning here. It was my birthday, and they were so sweet to me! Everything was clean, and we had a beautiful view, the food was delicious, we had a lovely time. Again, highly recommend.

The perfect ideal practical place to stay for airport travelers. Easy shuttle, rooms are clean and modern, airline info in the lobby, nice restaurant on site, groceries nearby.
