The cabin was perfect for us! We were up for a baseball tournament and this was where we chose to stay so were were not in town but close enough to enjoy when we wanted to go into Helen. We made some menories and WILL be back!! Close to town, and the fishing was great. Cabin was spotless and the overhang was nice to stay out or the sun and when it rained we were still able to untiliz the deck/dock area.

Quiet Remote Getaway

Cute little place on some water. We enjoyed taking the canoe out. We wanted to be able to visit Helen without being in Helen. This gave us our quiet time.

Helen Bike Trip

Enjoyed the cabin but wish we could have stayed longer. We came up from Lafayette AL to ride the Harley through the mountains so we didn’t get to spend much time there. We want to come stay again and next time we’ll bring our fishing poles!

Perfect getaway for a long weekend

We had a great long weekend and loved the cabin, especially the outdoor space. I think we spent more time on the deck and at the fire pit than we did inside! Far enough from things to be nice and quiet but close enough for a short ride to Helen or Cleveland. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

The cabin retreat offered privacy and tranquility, with a porch perfect for fishing and catching big bass, and watching the huge bass we dubbed as “grandpa” which was too smart to catch. The only thing we can suggest is bring spray for bees, there-are mud dobbers and yellow jackets.

Perfect getaway

Took time to come here and work on a book I’m writing. Exactly as I’d hoped. Private, quiet, with lots of nature sounds. Excellent for feeling inspired. Highly recommend.

Floating water cabin

Cabin was beautifully done and rustic just as we had hope. We were expecting a lake and instead this is a pond which was much smaller than we thought and fishing was not good.

Absolutely beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was immaculate...very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. Extremely quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed just sitting outside, looking over the water and enjoying only the sounds of nature. We fed the fish off the deck and dock, paddled around the pond in the little boat, cooked out on the grill, took long walks. Excursions to Alpine Helen, Anna Ruby Falls, and a few antique shops were nice also. We can't say enough about how lovely this getaway was and we're looking forward to returning.

Excellent!!

This place was even better than the photos!! I had so much fun feeding the fish and even got to make friends with the giant snapping turtle that lives under the house. The only downside was that I got stung by an actual murder hornet in my throat!! Obviously, not the property owners fault but it hurt. 🤣🤣 I was so happy with this property I would love to come again and bring my daughter.

Knott's Perfect Landing

Knott's Landing is absolutely beautiful! It fit everything we wanted and needed for our vacation. It's almost as though the only neighbors around are the wildlife abound. So peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is clean, cozy, and quaint. The uniqueness of being able to literally roll out of bed and into the casting of a fishing rod is a fisherman's and fisherwoman's dream come true. And the fishing, outstanding! One of the better outings we've had in a while. There's some adult-sized fish in that pond for sure. Best believe, if I was able to keep this place to myself, the last couple of statements would have never been made for prying eyes to see. Great memories made that we want to relive again as soon as possible.

Cleveland Cabin

We had the most amazing time. The cabin was great. Would only suggest that maybe they provide a throw for the living room. We saw fish; however, we didn't catch any. It was still fun trying. We went out in the john boat. The weather was cool in the morning and warm during the day. We visited several various towns and facilities while there. We went antique stores, the Automotive Museum in Clarkesville. It was very interesting. We did take a two-hour trip to Spring Cover and saw the natural spring in the town. We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wanted peace and quiet. At night sitting outside, all we heard was the sound of nature. It was beautiful. We went there to see if we wanted to take all of our children on a family vacation there next summer. It's gorgeous.

We had a great time at the cabin. We went to Helen the first day, then we didn’t leave the cabin the rest of the time. Lol. We needed a relax-cation!!

The cabin was real clean and verry comfortable. The air was wonderful no problem. We killed a few spiders and had about a dozen of the big black ants in the cabin. But overall its a real nice place to get away the fishing wasn't all that great though.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Had a great time at the cabin. It's clean and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids. We caught some fish, enjoyed the paddle boats and made s'mores. Helen is close-by but has gotten more popular than when we first visited years ago, especially over the holiday weekend.
