This was a great spot to explore the West Side Market and nearby breweries, plus easy access to downtown. Apartment was super clean and provided anything you might need, even coffee for the coffee maker and fans in each bedroom.

Great host and great old historic home with modern amenities! Location was perfect to walk to dining, grocery stores, etc... as well as mid-way between east and west sides of Cleveland. Will stay here again!

Very pleasant spot in the Ohio City beighborhood in Cleveland. The place was very comfortable and had everything you would want in the neighborhood. We went for a golf/baseball trip and the loved the proximity to the stadium and other great places in Cleveland.

Super clean property within easy walking distance of historic indoor market and a variety of restaurants and shops. The owner Mark was responsive and friendly, and provided timely information. The three bedrooms were perfect for myself and friends who were in town for a Browns game. We would definitely stay again.

Very close to great restaurants, breweries and close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a ball game. Renovated and clean home with many amenities. Host was excellent. Great communication throughout our booking and stay.

This was the perfect place for our 2-night stay in Cleveland. It was close to downtown, dining and breweries. The host Mark provided us his contact information before we arrived in case we needed anything, but we had no need to contact him. We had everything we needed and room to spread out and relax. Very clean, nice place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We only stayed one night. We had an event at Progressive Field and did not want to drive home late at night. I found this on Verbo and the price, location and comfort are amazing! If ever a need to stay in Cleveland again, this would be the place!!

Stay was smooth and straightforward. Quick stay in Cleveland

We were in town to visit family, and this apartment was in a perfect location and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the host was super responsive and helpful. The place was mostly clean, but there were some less than clean things in the kitchen, including a coffee mug with lipstick still on it. Otherwise, it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I

Perfect accommodation

Initially I was going to stay here alone while attending a conference. But Cleveland had tornados hit shortly before our stay, causing several colleagues scrambling without accommodation. The host was able to adjust for an earlier check-in for my boss and others at late notice.We easily fit 5 of us into this lovely home! I couldn't have been happier to have found this spot. It was minutes from our destination, had EVERYTHING we needed, and helped us stay on budget.I look forward to returning in the future.

Charming 1st Floor House Near it all in Cleveland

Total of 3 people- attended Opening day for the Guardians vs The White Sox--- 1.3 miles from Progressive Field. As we mainly stayed downtown the entire time- we really only used the house to sleep for the 2 nights we were there. BUT this house has it all--- Coffee bar, all shampoos and soaps for the shower, Roku TV with automatic signout of your codes when you leave, Comfortable 3 bedrooms. MARK the host is awesome-- great communication for check in. Never needed to contact him during the stay as everything was as listed/presented. Highly Recommended and we will be staying here again when in Cleveland for sure-- LOCATION is A-ONE!!!

We had an amazing stay at Mark's property, Spacious Ohio City Oasis for our girls' trip to Cleveland! From the moment we booked, Mark was an exceptional host. His communication was outstanding before, during, and even after our stay. He was always quick to respond, helpful with recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—the perfect home base for the four of us. We especially loved the location in Ohio City. It was so easy to walk to the West Side Market, explore the fantastic restaurants in the Tremont neighborhood, and spend time at the beautiful parks along Lake Erie. Downtown Cleveland was also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer, including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a more thoughtful host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mark's property to anyone visiting Cleveland!
