"The bed was not very comfortable. They ran out of pool tools when asked about them the manager said it would be a minute. Had to ask again , but she never went to get the towels she told someone else."

"Staff was nice, the first room I was assigned was not cleaned. I was transferred to another room it was cleaned but there was a stain, some hair with some kind of dirt crumbs on one of the beds, the carpet had a big stain on it as well. definitely won't be back."

No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken.
