It was absolutely fascinating, occasionally humorous and brought everything to life. The owner remembered our names from the moment we were introduced. Very rare! I’ve travelled globally for business 2 out of 4 weeks for the past 15 years. I’ve stayed in some fantastic hotels around the world. Our stay at Abbeyglen castle was the most personal and best customer experience I’ve had anywhere."

"I was really disappointed in this property. The place was difficult to find, the building in ill repair (I tripped twice trying to get up the alley), carpets dirty and staff only available for new minutes. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbour's toilets flushing. The shower door in our room was broken. There was no breakfast or at least we weren't told of any. Perhaps it is under new management? Skip this place."

"Een heel lief, klein, schoon huisje. De ligging hadden wij wat landelijker verwacht en niet zo dicht naast een ander huis. Wat wel fijn was dat het aan de Greenway lag zodat we vaak een mooie wandeling hebben kunnen maken. Alles was voldoende aanwezig. Alles was goed verzorgd."
