"The owners have put all the finishing touches in place to make this cabin private, comfortable and well equipped. I stayed solo and enjoyed the cabin in the evenings after some great hiking with friends in the Bens and Maumturk mountains. We were lucky with weather. There is a beautiful view from the veranda of a nearby small lake with the mountains in the distance as a backdrop."

Don’t miss the Prosecco Welcome and the hotel owners talk on the history of the local area and Abbeyglen Castle itself. It was absolutely fascinating, occasionally humorous and brought everything to life. The owner remembered our names from the moment we were introduced. Very rare! I’ve travelled globally for business 2 out of 4 weeks for the past 15 years. I’ve stayed in some fantastic hotels around the world. Our stay at Abbeyglen castle was the most personal and best customer experience I’ve had anywhere."
