"Enjoyed three night stay with Family. Hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. Mallory was great to talk to while we had a drink while waiting for adjoining rooms to be ready. Greg was helpful when we had trouble with room key and needed hairdryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast every morning. We loved using shuttle to go to Saratoga Racetrack and we were lucky to meet and have great conversation with Ken our driver. So much to do near hotel. We visited State park and Congress park in town after dinner one night. The restarants we chose were great along with the people we met. Thanks Hotel Saratoga for great vacation."

"We arrived in town early yet the hotel was still able to get us into our room. The room was beautiful and even the sofa was comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and included make your own waffles with 2 different batters, cheese omelets, sausage and fresh biscuits along with pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, 4 different juices and I am sure I am forgetting something. Staff was wonderful and polite. The hot tub was hot and the pool was cool at 82 degrees. Great hotel."

"The stay was great. Very clean and breakfast was good. The girl that checked us in on Aug. 2 was not that friendly or helpful. We requested a noon checkout as our flight out was delayed she said no."

"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay when we attended a concert in Saratoga. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t even know they ran a shuttle over to Saratoga—that was definitely an added plus! Property is clean and the breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks. Highly recommend."
