Tucked between Albany and Troy, this suburban gem offers unexpected outdoor adventures at The Crossings park. Catch a show at Cohoes Music Hall or explore the nearby Erie Canal, then refuel at local favorites like Innovo Kitchen.
We stayed there one night to visit RPI. Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Free Wifi and television has many more channels than other sites with access to Netflix, etc. We had a suite which had a king bed, a full kitchen with dishes/utensils. It is right next to a larger shopping plaza that has a cabarras, sonic, dennys, Japanese hibachi, etc and other chain restaurants. Near the intersection of route 7 and route 87 north. Real easy to get to Troy or go north to Saratoga. Similar to level...

I traveled with my boyfriend and our 4 year old. The property was very clean. Breakfast staff were the only ones I came in direct contact with since I did online check-in. The woman in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The room was perfect. I only wish the bottle water for members was left in the room prior to check-in. I never received mine.

Second time staying here. Very nice all around. The on-site restaurant is one of the best we have been to, with a unique menu. Great service from everyone associated with Indigo.

Nice room on the first floor. It was a mini studio apt as there was a sleeper sofa, mini round dining table & 2 chairs. Plus a microwave & mini cold mini fridge.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great price especially being we booked the room last minute. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable bed. Peeling paint in bathroom but clean. Breakfast was typical. But not far is Theo metro diner with great breakfast choices. Will go back again. Great hotel for the money

My daughter and I were in town for one night to tour RPI. We certainly chose well with our overnight accommodations. Although the house is quaint, extra clean, and decorated perfectly, the star of our stay was the innkeeper, John. From the moment we walked in, it was like seeing an old friend. John was friendly, kind and took excellent care of us. His hospitality made us want to come back again....very soon.

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. I even noticed when I went to get the grab and go breakfast, the woman who helped me was also there woman running the front desk. In these times with Covid. With extra...

Booking was easy. Arrival was smooth, even on a busy, rainy, local college graduation (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) weekend . The new front desk manager had to untangle our multiple source reservation & handled it well, making us feel rightfully not responsible for the mix up. Appreciated her & her colleague’s kindness.
Rooms comfortable, but neighbors children were a bit loud coming into their room, though they settled down quickly. I would just be concerned if guests need to be sure they...

If there was a word to describe above excellent or perfection, that's the word I would use for this hotel. Everything, from cleaning, service, employees to delicious breakfast, great pool, easy parking.....absolutely everything was 10 . They even have laundry on site and it's free. The rooms are very spacious and come well equipped with everything needed (they have full kitchens in the suites!!!).
We are a family of five with 3 children traveling around US for a year and so far this is the best...

We loved our room. We loved that everything was new and gorgeous. We loved that we could buy a midnight snack. We loved the reasonable pricing. We loved that the location was so convenient for us. We loved the river view from the corridor. (Would have loved that view from our room, but alas, we faced the other direction.) We appreciated how friendly staff were towards us.
The only thing we were less than perfectly satisfied with, was that we did not have bedding for the sofa-bed ready in our...
