"thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds...

"Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response."

"The room and lobby space were clean and very colorful. The staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well stocked. The hotel uses Dove products, which was very appealing. Breakfast was included and you could eat inside or outside on the patio. They offered fresh brewed coffee and the option for still or sparkling water. These were great options! My only complaints are the hot water in the room did not get hot enough. Also the breakfast selections were skimpy. The options were so small that they often ran out. Outside of the lack of hot water and the poor breakfast, the room was great."
