"The hotel was nice and staff friendly. We had an issue with the outlets in the room not making connections to the wall. I have oxygen equipment that we had to plug into the lamp outlets to be able to use the concentrator and could not connect my tank refiltrations unit. But other than that it was great."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice too, but it had a little smell when you stepped in. I don't like carpet in rooms. I think tile, hardwood, vinyl...should be used in hotels for cleanliness, easy of cleaning and especially if hotel is pet friendly (we have and love our pets). Hard floors make it easier to clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. Nice fridge, not a cooler, but a fridge. Location was great."

"Everything was pretty clean. There's a few things here and there, that you could get nitpicky about, but for the price, it was a great stay. As a word of caution the driveway is a little hard to get into. I would advise using trail mode or something similiar to get in."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely be staying here! Easy 5 out of 5 stars."

"This hotel is clean, well maintained, feels nice and smells nice. The area is nice and safe and there are plenty of food options nearby. Also, they serve fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evenings, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is fine. The amenities are sufficient. However, the beds are hard. If you’re ok with a super firm mattress, it will be fine. The staff were very hospitable. I’d stay here again."
