"A beautiful estate! The grounds were very well maintained. In the rooms, there were a large number of hooks, which in my opinion, is what makes a hotel room truly great. Everyone had space to hang their towels. Breakfast in the restaurant had both large and small portions available which was perfect to not have to carry left overs around all day. The pool was also well maintained. We watched the employee get it ready for the day as we ate breakfast and were impressed with his thoroughness and committment to regulations. As former lifeguards, we knew all the steps that should be completed. Our highlight (besides the hooks!) was the private beach. You can drive down a short road and park and then enjoy a private beach! There was no one else there on a Monday evening and we enjoyed the sunset. "
