The stay at 92 Grove was spectacular for our two family vacation. The separate guest home was a big hit with the older kids who wanted to sleep in and the backyard made for some super fun days and nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's place! The location is perfect—close to the beach and very convenient for a relaxing family getaway. The house is very spacious, and the heated pool was a huge highlight for everyone. The separate cottage is such a nice addition, especially with its own full bathroom and kitchen, giving extra comfort and flexibility for a family stay. The host was very responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our visit. Overall, this is a great option for families, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great property with room for the whole family. We were in town for a college graduation but definitely plan on returning in the summer when the pool will be available and we have more time to check out the great area. The accommodations were exactly as seen on the page. Perfect place to entertain big families. Thank you Greg for making this available.

Since we were there in the winter we did not get to enjoy the pool but the yard was amazing! We highly recommend this property and all its amenities! Gez and Tom
