Horrible horrible experience, I don’t ever leave bad reviews and I’m by far not picky , but this hotel was filthy , fridge was dirty, microwave had food all in it, floors had build up of gunk , bugs all over room I took videos of it , I was in shock ! And Expedia don’t refund you so you go get another room, they say 2 days it’s been few and nothing ! I was on tight budget with three kids on vacation that was 2 day drive and had no hotel money because this !

It was fine for overnight stay. I have stayed here before when passing through. However this time I was charged a $50 deposit. They charged my card twice when I inquired about it several days later they said it was my bank without even checking.

Check in was easy but it had a mildew type smell and the comforter was dirty. There was also a gap under the door so it took a while for it to cool off.

The room was clean and very comfortable but I was awakened several times by people literally standing outside of my room and staying there for several minutes to have a very loud conversation at all hours even at 4:15 a.m. I had a very important day to deal with the next day and was not able to sleep. I will not be staying there again. I have stayed in motels many times but have never encountered such inconsiderate people.

Nice staff. But property was ran down. Old units. Had to change our heater in our room first thing. Did it while we were in our room eating at 7pm at night Then again on Saturday cause it quit working too. Bathroom and toilet were discussing. Looked like the floor or toilet had ever been all the way to the floor wiped down. Not a good neighborhood either

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and the owner seems to be money hungry or something, because both times they have managed to come up with an excuse to keep my deposit. On the 1st occasion which happened in September, I went to Walmart and left my 2 teenagers with my 8 and 2 years olds. While I was gone, apparently my 2 yr old pooped (in his diaper) but apparently got a little in the covers. One of my teenagers went to the front desk and asked for clean linen. He was given sheets and a trash bag. Was told to put the dirty linen in the trash bag and take to the dumpster. He did what he was told, and boom at checkout I’m told I will not get my deposit. And behold! I get my receipt via email, and they charged me 100 bucks for the cover they told my kids to throw away! That linen could have easily been washed. Against my better judgment, I went again a few days ago. Checked out this morning. Called to inquire about picking my deposit up when I get off this afternoon and now they’re saying I broke the hair dryer! I never even used it! I only unplugged it to plug in my air fryer to warm up food. Never took it off the wall. Now they’re saying they have a picture of the broken dryer. So! I DID NOT USE THAT DRYER! Let’s be real, I am a black woman. If I use a hair dryer, it’s definitely gonna be one with a brush or comb. Come on now! Ain’t no way you’re that hard up for money and you have a whole hotel! Won’t get me a third time!

The manager was very rude, I am on a cane and other staff had been letting my partner take my card and ID to office to pay for another night but he always made me walk all the way down to the office. They had no regular coffee for at least 4 mornings we were there. In the bathroom we had to use one of our towels to clog the tub for a bath. They were knocking on our door at 8:30 or 9 am ea day to see what time we were leaving. On our departing day since I am Platinum member, I went online to request late checkout. Online said 1pm nc so that's what I put in for but by 11:40 we got a knock on the door saying we had to be out by 12 noon even though the room was not rented to anyone else at that time. They also overcharged on my acct 3 times. 2 for room rates for same day (always refunding me the smaller amt charged) and once for my dog fee but he always said I was in the wrong before looking at it and then admitting the mistake.

Property delivers on what it promises, but while the room hits the basics it misses on some small but key points, like dealing the 1/4 inch gap under the doors of an exterior entrance room, or keeping the HVAC humming just to stop the room from being stuffy or keeping the inn-room fridge defrosted, small but also not needing a lot of effort to hit. Aside from that the room is totally clean and serviceable and the staff was very friendly.

The manager was smoking cigarettes outside when I arrived the place was musty not well kept and my bathroom smelled like urine I asked for a refund to move but they refused so Expedia is working on our behalf to get our second night refunded
