"The room 204 have a bullet hole in the peep hole door!! People hanging in the park lot drinking alcohol and beer just didn’t feel safe!! The room was nasty as she was having us to walk up and down this property look for a clean room after me driving 6 hours from Texas! I want my money back plus my reward keys money back too!! "The hotel waq very clean, the staff was very nice and help me out when i needed it. The breakfast was very good i just wish they had a little more options for breakfast or the area was a little more bigger but the food was hot and good. The only other problem i had was the day after i was up there and left they didnt clean my room till the next day i had to ask the lady at the front desk to please tell them to clean my room. The major problem i had was the pool, that pool was not warm, it was cold and my kids actually was freezing from the water and got sick. They need to do some about that."

"I booked this room for a night for me and my family. First time walking through the door i instantly knew i should have booked elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to take all info to get the keys he acted as if he didn’t even want to touch my driver license. as we proceeded to the room it was terrible from the time we got on the elevator the room had a smell it just appeared as nasty i didn’t even want to touch anything as my partner checked the corners of the bed and the sheets it was disgusting as if the sheets weren’t washed or anything we immediately went downstairs explained wanting a refund the receptionist refused as if he had a better room for us i said fine let’s see but i already knew i wasn’t staying we proceeded to the next room and it was the same feeling of course we checked the corner of the bed and it was a bunch of blacks spots as well as a freaking bug crawled from under by the pillows i was so disgusted immediately left and got a refund and for a person to not want to touch my driver license owns this disgusting hotel. i don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel"
