Even though it was clear they were in the process of renovating, I’m relieved I booked here after a rough stay on Merchants. Check in was easy, the room’s AC had a “dry” dehumidifying setting perfect for after a shower or hot day, and it was easy to catch up on sleep. Will book again for future trips.

Very Good!

Hotel was great and so was the service. Rooms were a bit old but still comfortable and clean. They also had coffee and simple continental breakfast every morning. Loved our stay.

My bad for not information of being a night owl.

The stay was enjoyable from start to finish i did notice that the lounge chair in the room was damaged but did not bother me. Should have let front dest know i sleed during the day and awake at night so house keeping would not try to enter while i was sleeping.

We had no noise problems. There were no interior (dead bolt or latch) locks on the door to our room. The room was relatively clean and was checked/cleaned every day. Overall better than you would expect for this price point.

Clean but noisy

Hotel property was okay and room was fairly clean. But the refrigerator was so noisy that we had to unplug it, and the beds were terribly squeaky with the slightest movement. Pet-friendly with fee.

A lot of suspicious activity all night, the TV had several lines across the screen, filthy carpet, toilet paper holder would not stay mounted to the wall, refrigerator had a leg missing making it wobble and there was a sucker sticking out of the air conditioner even though the room was supposedly cleaned each day

Nice people old facility

The clerk was extra nice and super helpful. The bed and tub were very clean. The heating unit was in disrepair. The cable tv was audible but all you saw was snow. There were clouds of dust and dirt behind all the furniture so not clean there.

I liked the area around the property and the room was fairly clean. The service was lousy. the person at the desk could care less about his work, so much so, that he didn't even bother to get the breakfast ready for travelers who needed to get going on time. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, and at 7:10 the doors were still locked and we just left, hungry.....

Oh my no, never again!

Just passing through. Poor condition of room. 3 light bulbs missing or broken off from base. Attendant would not replace. We bought our own so that we could have light in room. No hot water and very little water pressure. Never again.

Mold u see bathroom sink all against wall, tub and sink would not drain, bathroom door not fully connected and knob was broken, heavily smelled of cigarette even in non smoking room, asked to swap rooms and they refused, it was s place to sleep, not Much more to offer
