"My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, rooms and breakfast freshly cooked. However, when arrived they hadn't got the booking through, which also caused an issue at breakfast time. We arrived at breakfast at peak time but they could do with more staff as it was chaotic. Had to wait 20 mins for them to take the order and no vegetarian sausages. Lovely location, and lots of car parking space."

"Stained carpet, zero WiFi coverage (it worked in reception for the staff) if you are on EE mobile there is zero mobile coverage so big problem. maintenance crew came ti the room and said yes the WiFi issue is a known problem!! So why not fix it! They seem to only be interested in weddings and groups. I was on my own and turned away from restaurant (it was half empty) and told come back in 45 minutes. Staff completely disinterested."
