"The staff at the front desk were all very kind, helpful, pleasant, which made a huge difference. Mathilde, in particular, was great! Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient: 5-8 minutes walk to 3 metro stations; close to the Sacre Coeur; and also very quiet. This is a cozy, nice hotel. I also liked it that tea; espresso machine; fruits; water all free, and the room was really comfortable. Thank you: I'll be back on my next Paris trip! "

I found out later that I was actually staying in one of the best locations in the city by my tour guides. We felt very safe and secure there.
