The Space:
Raspberry Spring Corner by Tiny Away is located in the quiet town of Clothiers Creek, just 11 minutes from Cabarita Beach, and close to delightful coastal destinations such as Hastings Point, Pottsville, Tweed Heads, and Kingscliff.

This secluded tiny house sits on a hillside, offering a peaceful rainforest getaway with unmatched privacy. You'll feel completely isolated, away from any main residences, yet it's a hidden gem that's easy to reach.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please respect nature and other guests by keeping noise low and taking your rubbish with you.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, including a bushwalking loop on the property.

We ask guests to stay on the marked tracks and avoid the main driveway or crossing fences. The terrain can be steep and dangerous. Please keep to the paths and stay away from edges.

For a more laid-back beach day, Cabarita Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, or simply relaxing. Cap off your adventures with a visit to Hastings Point Lookout, offering unforgettable views of the ocean and hinterland.

From gold coast airport 23 mins 30kms
And to nearest towns 15mins 10kms

By public transport:

Bus from Gold coast airport to Murwillumbah then taxi to property. No buses past property

Other Things to Note:
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets Allowed with a maximum of one (1) pet only, with at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
