"There was no hot tub! Staff were very friendly and courteous. He room was very clean. The attached restaurant was awful! The food was greasy and the dipping sauces were the same recipe. We paid a lot of money for them. (Appies) Minus the 10% hotel discount. The pepsi fountain drink was watered down.They were always closed for breakfast, meetings, etc."

"It is actually a motel by the highway. This is very important information that is missing from the description. No gated door for the hotel; a glass window can be looked through from your room by strangers on the street, and the place is pretty run-down. Since it's in a small town in BC, I wouldn't bother staying here for the same price when something nicer is close by. "

"I was injured and unable to check in but since I purchased cancellation insurance you would think it would be ok but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Turns out the money you spend on insurance is a total waste of time because they will find a way not to reimburse you. :( "

"This is a lovely place to stay. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk to Save on Foods and London Drugs. A quick 20 minute Uber to Fort Langley and also an easy Uber ride to Willowbrook Mall. We were visiting friends for Christmas and the neighbourhood is walkable, clean and safe. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Excellent Ruko TV options for a winters night. There is a little noise from the apartment behind but nothing too drastic. "
