"Clean, comfortable but missing towels… only had 2 bath. Front desk told me to come down and get them… and provided me with a mixed bag of all kinds of towels but no wash clothes… just gave up. Didn’t make breakfast, but had a delightful Indian dinner at the attached restaurant. 5 stars for the restaurant (Live Grill)"

"Construction creates some issues with directions and parking, however we didn’t find it noisy. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was the same three days in a row, but there were warm options which is great. We were able to change things up each day at breakfast with variety of options. Staff accommodated when needed. "

"AVOID! This inn is not an actual inn. There is no check in desk or staff when you arrive. It is NOT clearly indicated that guests need to contact the property owner before arrival to coordinate arrival and receipt of keys. Upon arrival and phoning the property to request a check in via voice mail no one ever returned the call. There was a very loud pub on the ground floor so it was probably for the best that the property decided not to allow us to check in. I suppose if you don’t answer the voicemail and don’t allow your guests to check in when they arrive the facility makes all kinds of money as the payment was definitely taken and then there’s no housekeeping services to be paid. I’m not sure how this property is even eligible to be represented by hotels.com. "
