Paradox Vancouver definitely meets my expectation of a luxury stay. Super friendly staff. The hotel facilities are top notched. Great location. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance. I love the fact that they recognize my VIP status with Expedia and give me some great perks. Make sure you check out the pool and hot tub. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. It's great value for the money.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Clean rooms in great condition with nice bedding and towels. Nice shower with glass doors and great water pressure. Beds are very well made with nice firm mattress and pillows. Parking garage is super clean and well lit with easy access to elevators. Hotel well located to Robson Street with tons of dining options for all budgets. Also, tons of shopping on Robson Street. Many bars and nightclubs in the area as well as BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of coffee shops...

The best place ever. I don't even know what to say but perfection. This will always be my favourite hotel to stay in. The staff's attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond exceeds Forbes 5 star service. Every year, my girlfriends and I celebrate our birthdays here & there's no place we'd rather be. Our favourite thing to do is sit by the pool and order food and drinks! They upgraded us to the most convenient and spacious rooms to do so! We had 3 rooms in total for our august...

This is my third time staying at this hotel. As I entered my hotel room I felt like I have come home! The staff, the amentities, the location, and the overall ambiance are just top notch! Will be back.

Great place in an excellent loaction.

Very upscale hotel and very clean woth excellent staff. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and retail stores.

The hotel is amazing and the location is perfect for strolls through stanley park and easy access to great restaurants. (Including the hotel restaurants) The bathroom shower is SMALL and the design is not awesome. No full door and it feels very open to the bathroom and cold. But the room and views are awesome.

To our surprise the property was connected to the cruise port and we were able to check our luggage in with Pan Pacific and not wait in the lines to board our ship. The walk to Stanley Park was short and we felt very safe. We had a great time during our short stay before our cruise.

A lovely hotel in a great location and superb service. Long time hotel employee David Reid was also exceptional in giving us an impromptu tour of the hotel, including the roof. His knowledge of the hotel’s history was amazing!

Walked in the front door to be greeted pleasantly & checkin process completed, simple, quick. Room is pleasant, too tired to go out but dinner in hotel restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise. Clam chowder was amazing, calamari a little more done than personal preference would like but good, chicken strips were outstanding and yam fries were excellent. Wait staff were super pleasant and attentive. I’d definitely come back if opportunity arose.

Staff was incredibly friendly and hotel was exceptionally clean and cozy. I didn’t like that the closest ice machine was located on the fourth floor while we were on the top floors.
