"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel—truly one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The staff were exceptional across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping and luggage management. Everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is also fantastic. It’s very close to the Waterfront train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Vancouver, explore nearby areas, and even travel to and from the airport with ease. Our room had a stunning view of the harbour—waking up to that scenery each day was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back."

"We had a room on the 6th floor. The carpets were old and worn out. The room didn't come with a fridge or a microwave. When we asked the reception desk, they promptly sent a small portable fridge and a microwave. The rooms are pricey and parking is also expensive, due to the location. Other than that, the experience was reasonable."

Only downside was the renovations to main lobby and restaurant so we had to use the back entrance to the hotel and had no in hotel restaurant service. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Excellent location near Canada Place with a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good condition. We're happy that it had a pretty big gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. We really wanted to try the restaurant and bar downstairs but didn't have the time. But it had a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were a good size for the price. The only things I'll nitpick are that they had paper cups instead of proper glasses and mugs in the room, and the carpets made the interiors feel old. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely consider coming back."
