I loved staying here with my partner. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel room and vibe was great, and the complimentary e-bikes were the cherry on top. The service also feels more personalized since there are only 3 floors of guests. This place is amazing if you’re looking to bike around English Bay and Stanley Park. It is easily accessible to public transit and there are lots of food options nearby. I would be happy to stay here again!

Clean, cosy room and bathroom with cool fixtures, nice features included mini fridge and nespresso machine. Had a portable AC unit in the room to keep temperatures down. Doors controlled by security code (no key or key card). Electronic check in. Very friendly staff. Close to Denman Street with lots of restaurants. Como street is low traffic, not very noisy. Used underground parking - a bit tight for a truck.

The location is great, just off Denman St. and close to English Bay. The rooms are smallish, but comfortable. We had a small balcony with 2 nice chairs and table. The beds and bedding are great. Small bath with a good shower. Mini fridge. Noisy a/c unit, not central, but ok. Good value.
