The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was delicious and served to us. We were able to walk with our luggage to the cruise port since it was not raining. Our only complaint was the elevator was broken. We did receive a credit on our bill for this incovenience and the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage up and down the stairs.

We loved this hotel. It’s in a great location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but very nicely decorated. Nice bed linens. They have top personal care items in the bathroom. And a Nepresso machine. The breakfast was delicious and fast. We loved the charm of this old school hotel - doorman, hotel bill under your door in the morning, small elevator. We will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was amazing!!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Brant, the doorman was incredible! He was able to go up and down the stairs the stairs to bring our suitcases to us. Our room was clean and cozy. The shower, the shower gel, and soap were fantastic. We got 2 bottles of water every night. The breakfast was fresh and hearty. The waitresses were all very nice! I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the elevator was not working.

Excellent location! If you are arriving by ship, it is an easy walk from the cruise terminal. Right downtown very easy to get around from there. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
