The receptionist at check in very courteous and efficient. Near most everything. The only problem I had is : NO NAMES ON THE STREET CORNER TO IDENTIFY IT. How is one to know that is Regele Ferdinand Blvd when the english guide pronounces it waaaaay differently and there is no sign to mark it!?

The staff on the front desk are very helpful and welcoming asked questions about the city they were happy to help. The hotel is extremely clean, lovely well kept rooms.
