The man that checked us is was very helpful and kind and then also served us for dinner and explained everything. The bed, breakfast and evening meal option included a three course meal (with no surcharges at all - not even for a steak). The man that checked us out even gave us a gift, truly lovely hotel chain with kind honest and caring staff. Would recommend and will return. Thank you. "
