"I came to Ballarat to stay close to the lake (and see the Olympics display), and this property did the trick. No frills, simple room, but it worked for my stay. It was also within walking distance to a grocery store, which worked out well for my budget."

"Very central within CBD & extremely large motel with huge amount of rooms. Rooms are in need of updating, (I have stayed in worse) but this was okay, bed comfortable, great tv, shower had great pressure & parking was great .. Cost of my room included breakfast which was good & had a reasonable array of food for breakfast. Overall I would use this motel again as pricing was about right for the standard of rooms, but needs a little bit of TLC Staff were very helpful and obliging also."
