Stunning 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment with Parking
This thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished apartment is perfectly located for exploring Loch Lomond and Glasgow. The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard and is comfortable for 4 guests. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are perfect to relax in after a day of exploring. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite, and the second double bedroom is well proportioned. There is an additional bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment is on the top floor in the block. The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan, with ample space for four people. Off the hallway opens two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite with shower, and bedroom two is a double. The main bathroom opens from the private hallway with bath and shower.
Both bedrooms have cupboard and shelf space for hanging and folding clothes. There is a hairdryer in each.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Guests have full private use of the apartment and one allocated parking space.
I live around 20 minutes away, so communication is via the app, but not far if needed in an emergency.
Strictly no gatherings or parties allowed. Maximum of 4 persons at the apartment regardless of age. There is a Minut decibel monitoring device installed at this property. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or the apartment building. If smoking outside, do so away from the main building and dispose of waste responsibly. Cleanliness - The house should be left in a tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur an additional charge. Security - Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
