Griffin's Landing is a beautifully decorated 4BR, 3BA, 3700 square foot lakefront home offering you the best that Findley Lake and the surrounding area has to offer.

Situated at the top of the lake just steps from Main Street, the home has two lakefront decks, a walkout basement patio and two docks that are perfect for families wanting to enjoy the lake.

The home sleeps 12-14 people comfortably. There are three large bedrooms, a bunk room and two full, spacious bathrooms on the upper level to accommodate guests (5th bedroom in basement, King Bed). Master 1 is lakefront and has a King size bed as well as a Twin trundle daybed. It also features an expansive walkout deck, walk-in closet (with mini desk/printer/monitor if needed) and attached master bath. Master 2 also has a King size bed as well as a Twin Daybed. The third bedroom, which is lakefront and features a view of the lake, is equipped with two Queen Size beds and also offers a walk-in closet. Finally, a fourth bedroom offers Twin XL over Queen bunk beds with a pirates cove twin at the top. This room was specifically built for flexibility. The Queen beds are perfect for adults or the room can be used for multiple families staying with children.

The main floor was designed and decorated to allow for an open and inviting gathering area. It is lakefront and has a large deck that provides beautiful views of the lake. There is ample outdoor seating, a dining table, and awning. Inside you will find a beautiful, well stocked kitchen with intricate woodworking and a fireplace. There is also a breakfast bar with seating overlooking the lake. Next to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated family room with a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The main level also has a full bathroom and laundry room equipped with Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer. Finally, there is a multi-use area with a Stiga ping pong table and 50+ inch Samsung Smart TV.

The lower level is for fun or simply hanging out. It has a walkout, lakefront patio. In addition, it offers a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Xbox One with two controllers, pub style Dart Board, Foosball and an indoor Sauna.

The home has a newer grill (Spring 2023), a firepit, four adult Pelican Bay Bandit sit on kayaks and two sit in adult style kayaks. Finally, there is high-speed WiFi throughout the home as well as a wide assortment of popular board games including Sorry, Battleship, Life, Connect Four, Trivial Pursuit, Clue, decks of cards, etc.

Peek n Peak is five miles away and offers a myriad of Summer, Fall and Winter activities and festivals as well as live entertainment and dining. The home is also 20 minutes from Chautauqua Lake and 20 minutes from Erie, PA.

Location, location, location! Waterfront property and steps into Findley lake made this a perfect place for our family vacation. There were ten of us and this house was so spacious! We enjoyed every minute. Everyone loved fishing and swimming off the docks and using the kayaks supplied (complete with life jackets). There was plenty of indoor fun with an air hockey, foosball and ping pong table. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck overlooking the lake was a great place to eat dinner or just relax. Erie, PA is a short drive away and spent one day at Waldameer amusement park. We had a fantastic time and everyone wants to return next year!

Peek n Peek weekend of fun

Took all my children and grand children. Up to PeeknPeek for fun weekend. Place was unbelievable, huge lots of room for kids to have by themselves time and adults mingle. Perfect spot lots of food options and only 4 miles from skiing.

Great house and location

The property was as good or better than advertized. It was clean and well maintained (and huge). The owner was helpful and available if any questions arose. The location was awesome...just a quick walk to all the town had to offer. We would definitely recommend.

Findley Lake fun

We had a group of 14, kids age 2-16 and the house was spacious for all of us and had many things to keep the kids busy.. They swam, kayaked, fished, played games, including basketball nearby.

Peek N Peak Family ski trip

This house was perfect for large family ski trip. Plenty of comfortable room to spread out. 8 adults and 8 children all had very large and comfortable sleeping quarters. A large breezeway between the house and garage, was perfect for ALL the ski gear and area for everyone to dress for skiing. Well appointed kitchen with updated appliances made our meal prep easy! Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Property just as described, great location, enough kayaks we could all go together. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was a bathroom in the basement for those staying in the bedroom down there. But that was really just a minor inconvenience. Findley Lake is beautiful!

40th Anniversary Celebration

The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren coming together to celebrate our anniversary. The house was well appointed and kitchen well stocked. The location on the lake was beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather was cool and rainy but it didn’t dampen our trip.

The layout flowed very well on the main floor from the living room to the kitchen and dining room. Nice entrancewsy to put shoes and coats. Bedrooms were comfortable and had easy access to bathrooms except in the basement. Nice balconys and outside areas.

Great lake view

This was a very large house right on the lake. You can can walk into the little town and it's 8 minutes from Peak n Peak. The owner checked in with us on the first day to make sure everything was okay and he provided his contact information in case we had any issues.

Amazing!!!

We stayed for the weekend to go skiing with friends and family (14 people). The house has plenty of room, amenities, and activities for all. It was close to Peek n Peak resort (within 10 minutes). We had an amazing time!! The kids loved the game room and sauna. The host was amazing and responded to questions promptly and is super nice. I would recommend staying here and we plan to return.

Perfect lake house in a cute town

We didn’t have the best summer lake weather but it honestly didn’t even matter. Our family had such a great time just being together. On the rainy days we played ping pong, board games and even complete 3 puzzles they had at the house. In the colder but dry days we ventured out towards Peak n Peak for their summer mountain activities and mini golf. And took Marks recommendation for Panama Rocks hiking. (Favorite thing we did, must do!) The decks, kayaks, water access, fishing and walkable town were perfect for our family. Mark was an awesome host, he responded to any question I had quickly. We have already planned our next summer lake house trip back with Mark again. Thank you!

Wonderful House and Lake!

This house is lovely, spacious, well-furnished and stocked well with all the things a family needs for a wonderful vacation, especially the kitchen. The specific location can't be beat! It was perfect for the 11 of us- 6 adults and children ranging from 7-17 as there were many different spaces in the house and outside to spread out. This house comes with so many activities provided- air hockey, foosball, ping pong and kayaks were most special for us. The bedrooms all had exceptionally comfortable, updated mattresses and had so much space. All of the mechanics were superior- A/C, water temp and pressure, windows. Maybe best of all is the lake frontage- excellent TREK docks with a ladder to get into the lake for swimming, a kayak launch spot, abundant chairs, and a firepit which we enjoyed each night. We rented a pontoon boat from Findley Lake Marina, which was within walking distance and we could dock it at the house. Although the "town" is around the corner, we did not find many eating options within walking distance, and although we had planned to drive to some nearby places, we ended up just staying at the house and lake because it was so nice and relaxing. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. This place exceeded our expectations in all ways!
