"I've stayed at the Management Centre several times sine last December. It's a convenient location for my work in Bangor. The staff are friendly and welcoming and parking is complimentary. Some rooms are on floors that are not served by a lift (I think) - this is no issue for me but some guests may wish to bear this in mind when booking. My only negative is that the bar doesn't open until 17:30. Otherwise a lovely hotel with some great views over the strait."

"The hotel is a really quirky building in an amazing location. The staff are friendly and hard working but the breakfast is very poor. No cheese whatsoever the first day and no toast or bread of any kind. Slices of supermarket cheese added the next day but with no bread, hardly counts as continental. "Fantastic bb in a quiet part just off main street. A great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We did Zip wire and Snowdon in the time we had. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. Lovely guess lounge and really nice breakfast room with and excellent breakfast. Loved the homemade baked beans. Dave is a fantastic house, very welcoming, friendly. We wouldn't look anywhere else when staying in Betwys Y Coed now we found Summer Hill. Thanks Jo and Roy. "

"My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."
