"Absolutely perfect! We were astounded at the wonderful staff at this hotel. So nice. So helpful. Every employee encountered spoke and greeted customers so nicely. So nice to be treated so well. The room was wonderful and cleanliness was extraordinary. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The management of this hotel is no doubt doing a wonderful job and when you have employees treating customers so nicely and welcoming it proves they are happy employees who no doubt are being treated well."

"Lovely property, in a beautiful square with walking distance of Riverside & East Bay St. Valet parking is available & very convenient if a little pricy (although we never checked the cost for parking in the next door multi storey car park) We had a bag of laundry done for $20 on a same day service. Convenient restaurant for breakfast just around the corner. Would definitely recommend. "
