Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. "Perfect walkable spot in the heart of Charleston! Loved the art museum experience within our own hotel, including an artist's ongoing oil painting that we would walk by every day near the lobby. Breakfast isn't super hearty but a muffin and a piece of fruit to get you going for the day. The staff is attentive and we loved the evening cookie delivery!"

"Oceanfront suite was a bonus, rooms are very very small. AC was intermittent. there was some mold on the wall, wasnt thrilled about that. The beds were okay, not great in terms of comfort. Amenities of pool/outdoor pool/outdoor restaurant/bar was nice. I dont think it was quite worth what I had paid for 2 days but ive dealt with worse lol"

"The only complaint is we arrived at property at check in time and had to wait another 30 mins before getting our room because it wasn’t ready. Otherwise no complaints room is as show and ocean view was great."
