"Great size rooms, dated but comfortable. Location is convenient but not my favourite area in San Francisco, however the transport get you everywhere in fast! Staff were super helpful"

"The street is very narrow. There was convenient off street parking. Odd kitchen setup. Hot plate type induction cooking, toaster oven and microwave-no oven or range. Nice large TV but only a futon on a side wall so not set up for a relaxing living space or to watch TV comfortably. Comfortable bed. No shoes allowed in the house which was off putting."

"I was lost and could not find the unit. The host does not answer messages in a timely manner. If a person is simply looking for a bed, then this place is fine. It is spartan. No chairs or couches to sit on. A bed, a table and 4 chairs in the kitchenette, and a small 2 seater outdoor settee. Also no coffee or tea is provided. "

Small coffee pot was broken and didn't brew coffee. :( Beds and pillows were GREAT. Clean. Comfortable. Clean towels. Soap and lotion. AC worked very nicely. The room was far more spacious than we thought. Mini-fridge! It worked great. The hotel, overall, is loud. It is adjacent to the train. Not a huge deal, but for light sleepers, may be an issue. Check out = EASY and fast. Overall, cost-effective and if you are looking for a positive, but "economy" experience, this is it. Close to SFSU!"
