"Clean room, good location, free overnight parking outside. Room had everything it needed despite being small. Just quite hot and could hear the heating turning on and off. Easy security. Good for a one night stay. "

"Called craig for check in, was greeted with him with a blood all around his nose telling us hes not well and his girlfriend had noroviris. Don't think I've used as much hand santiser since 2020. Other was room looked good and spacious good for a night or two. Good location, The boathouse cafe over the road is a great too and just over road for for breakfast."

"Lovely clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee sachets provided, we had stupid shaped cups which were more like soup bowls, but we managed ! Fantastic view of the beach. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were provided and smelt lovely. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and there was a good selection. Also cereal and toast if you didn’t want anything cooked. The bar was very reasonable as well, with decent wine! Parked at the front of the property which cost us £10 but you get that back after your stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "

"Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "

"The property was mostly in good condition but it had silly little flaws such as the bedrooms had all had Yale locks at one time that had been removed but the holes were still there which meant light shining in. There really wasn't enough comfortable seats for the amount of people quoted. The wrong WiFi code was left. Although the correct one was easily gained by a phone call, the hosts clearly knew that the notice needs to be corrected The house sleeps 10 but there are only 2 parking permits available. Clearly most parties would have at least 3 vehicles. We had 4.Having said that the kitchen was really well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the location was quiet but close to amenities."

"Room was perfect for what we needed. Nice comfy bed nice shower kitchen spotless and bedroom. This was room 9 easy to get too only thing was the Parking abit limited if there’s people who can’t park properly :’) but lovely stay thanks guys "

"Great location to explore the Yorkshire coast, Whitby, Saltburn and Redcar itself. The apartment was dog friendly and sound proof, comfortable and good facilities.Must recommend the Pizza's and cocktails at the Beacon Lounge too."
