Location near the beach is fantastic. It is an older place but for the price it is an excellent value. The upstairs was very loud at night by the road and the internet is not good. The beach out front is fantastic and staff is super nice. Definitely good value!!

Great location

Cleaning every day and location were great, but kind of noisy as it is just in front of the main road. Some furniture and kitchen utensil are pretty old, should be renewed. Kitchen fully equiped.

NOISY. 24/7 LOUD MOTORCYCLES!!!

NOISY. Imagine motorcycles 24/7 with loud mufflers racing up and down the street 20 meters from your room. The toilet in my room leaked for the entire stay. They decided to address it at 9:30 PM by shutting the supply valve off. The maintenance man couldn't figure out which way to put the tank lid on correctly. Front office was supposed to check on a snorkling tour and ATV rental for me. Zero follow up or response in 4 days. Good luck finding the front office. The perpetual sign on the door stated " Be right back." Yeah, in 5 days. I wouldn't stay at this dump if they paid me.

Me gusto, la cabina estaba bastante bien, esta a metros de la playa (no Santa Teresa si no de Banana beach), y esta como en un acceso privado que hace que sea un poco mas seguro. A 5' en carro hasta la "la zona centro" Lo unico malo es que se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, ATV motos etc por las noches que hace que descansar sea un poco dificil. La limpieza estaba bien y la cocina tenia casi todo para poder cocinar.
