"We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!"

"It's a beautiful place to stay, perfect for taking a few days off and connecting with nature. The best thing about this place is the scenery. You can see sunsets and sunrises that aren't seen anywhere else in Poconos. I would definitely stay here again."

"It's a great place to stay especially if you are visiting Bethel Woods. When I needed any info the host was quick to respond and very helpful. We will come back here next year for our annual trip for a concert at Bethel Woods. You won't be disappointed if you stay at the Gedney House."

"Comfy beds, relaxing living space, scenic/huge backyard with firepit. Lights (LEDs on dimmers could be finniky about dimmer position) and A/C (getting comfortable with use and displays on remotes) were a little tricky at first but we got that sorted out. Anna was very responsive. I didn't want to leave - wish we could have stayed longer."

"We rented Hilltop Farmhouse for our 50th wedding anniversary. Or family joined us and we had a great time. I’ll start with the house - very nice inside, kitchen was fully equipped, games available to play, etc. The outdoors is stunning - leaves were just starting to change colors. There is a basketball net for the kids to play, a nice large macadam driveway for the kids to ride bikes or play ball, indoor pool which was enjoyed by everyone and at the top of the hill is the Hilltop Enchanted Forest which has 2 trails you can hike. I only have good things to say about this VRBO - owners are very easy to talk to and they are very responsive. Hopefully we will be back in a couple years to visit again. Thanks. "

"The stay at the resort was very enjoyable. If you book through Orbitz, please call the property and make sure they got your reservation. They had not received ours, but fortunately had a room for us. The room was very large and clean. The whole resort needs a general make-over, as the facility is a bit dated and used (wallpapers, paints, windows, door locks, showers, etc.), but you can see that this hotel still has a lot of prestige. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an omelette station, eggs, bacon etc. and very friendly and helpful waiters in the restaurant. Happy with our one-night stay. We would come back, should we go back to this area! "
